Outsourcing

Our lawyers have been providing advice on outsourcing contracts and transactions for a number of years, providing expert advice across the disciplines required to ensure that the clients’ objectives, whether as supplier of outsourced services or customer, are met with a workable agreement.

The Group works closely together within the firm and with the client to understand the rationale behind the decision to outsource the aims to be achieved. By doing this our lawyers are able to concentrate on the issues and are of real importance to the client.

Our experience brings a commercial, pragmatic approach to outsourcing agreements.

Each year, the Group advises on outsourcing transactions worth multi millions of pounds across a number of sectors from the latest information technology solutions to more traditional manufacturing arrangements.
